We collect personal data only to the extent necessary for the provision of our services. This includes in particular
- Contact details for inquiries (name, e-mail, telephone)
- Booking data (travel period, number of persons, payment data) via the EasyBooking system
- Technical data (IP address, browser type) by the web server
3. Legal basis
Your data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (fulfillment of contract), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligation) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests).
4. EasyBooking booking system
We use the EasyBooking service of Bergstation GmbH (easy-booking.at) for online bookings and inquiries. Your booking data is transmitted to this service provider and processed there. Further information: EasyBooking privacy policy.
5. Data transfer
Your data will not be sold to third parties. Your data will only be passed on to:
- EasyBooking (booking processing)
- Authorities, if required by law (e.g. reporting obligation)
6. Storage duration
Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or for as long as there are statutory retention obligations (in Austria generally 7 years for accounting documents).
