General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope of application

These GTC apply to all rental contracts between AlpenPura Boutique Chalets, Trattenbach 299, Haus 11, 5741 Neukirchen am Großvenediger (hereinafter "Landlord") and the Tenant for the rental of vacation accommodation.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The rental contract comes into effect when the landlord confirms the booking. The confirmation is sent by e-mail.

§ 3 Prices and terms of payment

All prices are per night for the entire chalet including VAT. The rental price includes

• Final cleaning (250,- € per stay)
• Bed linen and bath towels
• National Park SummerCard (May 1 - October 31)
• National Park WinterCard (December 1 - April 15)
• WLAN, parking lot and garage

In addition, a local tax of € 2.50 per person per day is charged.

§ 4 Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 15:00 - Check-out: until 10:00
Earlier arrival or later departure by arrangement and subject to availability.

§ 5 Minimum stay

High season (Christmas, New Year's Eve, school vacations in Bavaria & Austria): 7 nights
Low and mid-season: from 3 nights

§ 6 Cancellation conditions

The following conditions apply to direct bookings via alpenpura.com:

• Up to and including the 31st day before arrival: 10 % of the total price
• From the 30th day before arrival or no-show: 100 % of the total price

Please note that other cancellation conditions may apply on other booking platforms. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

§ 7 House rules

• Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (Chalet Steinbock)
• No pets
• Non-smoking house (smoking only permitted on the balcony/garden)
• Damage must be reported immediately

§ 8 Baby crib & high chair

Baby crib and high chair are provided free of charge. Please bring your own bed linen. Please inquire in advance at info@alpenpura.com

§ 9 Liability

The tenant is liable for all damage caused during the stay. The landlord is not liable for force majeure or technical faults.

§ 10 Applicable law

Austrian law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Zell am See.
